These neck protectors are made of stretch nylon  material.  Great for protection your dog’s long or fine hairs that may get caught or tangled in a training collar, use over a E-collar, and more!  Available in X-small (Toy breeds) which fits 8-10", Small fits 10-15", medium fits 16-20", large fits 19-23" and extra large fits 22-28".  Assorted colors listed, fabric availability varies.
